1. General Provisions
1.1. The website Padel Gldani (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is an online platform enabling users to book a padel court.
1.2. The Website is owned and operated by Padel Group, 400398645, Ilia Vekua 56.
1.3. By using the Website, the user fully agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
2.1. The Website provides the ability to reserve a padel court online, subject to full prepayment.
2.2. The purpose of the service is to allow users to book the court for a specified date and time in advance.
3. Booking and Payment Terms
3.1. To confirm a booking, full payment must be made via the online platform.
3.2. A booking is considered confirmed only after the payment has been successfully processed.
3.3. The paid amount is generally non-refundable. However, if the booking is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, the paid amount will be returned to the customer in the form of a one-time credit code (voucher). This code can only be used for the next booking, from Monday to Friday inclusive.
3.4. Changes to the booking date or time are not permitted.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1. The user must arrive on time for their booking and use the court in compliance with all rules and safety regulations.
4.2. The user is solely responsible for their own health and safety while playing or being on the court.
4.3. The Website owner assumes no liability for personal injuries, lost belongings, or any other damage that may occur during play or while on the premises.
4.4. The user must treat the court facilities, equipment, and infrastructure with care. In case of any damage caused by the user, they shall be liable to fully compensate for the damage.
4.5. In case of late arrival, the booked time will not be extended and the payment will not be refunded.
4.6. The user must wear appropriate sports footwear and equipment to avoid damaging the court surface and to reduce the risk of injury.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All materials on the Website (texts, images, logos, design, and other content) are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
6.2. Use of such materials is only permitted with the prior written consent of the Website owner.
7. Governing Law
7.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia.
7.2. Any disputes or disagreements shall be resolved through negotiation, and if no agreement is reached, through the competent courts of Georgia.
8. Amendments to the Terms
8.1. The Website owner reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
8.2. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on the Website.
